The Myst Condo Located at Bukit Panjang MRT Station and Cashew MRT Station Near to Bukit Timah Nature Reserve
The Myst Condo, a new development by City Developments Limited (CDL) Aries, was recently launched in the heart of Bukit Panjang and Cashew. As the largest non-government-controlled developer in the city-state, it has obtained the privileges to two adjoining plots at 798 and 800 Upper Bukit Timah Road in northwest Singapore’s Tan Chong industrial park. This property, spanning an area of 16,620 square metres (178,900 square feet), is zoned for residential use with a plot ratio of 2.1. The developer is eligible to construct a project of up to 24-storeys in height on the prime plot.
For several years now, the city-state has been exploring ways to invigorate the Bukit Timah region.
